Aeris'
Velocity XP fin
What is
it? A fin incorporating the company's
patented Nature's Wing(r) Propeller Fin
Technology. The Aeris Velocity XP fin's
semi-rigid battens and rubber flex
channels within the blade control the
shape of the blade during the fin stroke
to optimize power and reduce drag;
oversized side rails add rigidity to the
oversized blades for increased lift
power and efficiency; ergonomically
designed foot pocket accommodates
virtually all foot sizes and boot
styles. It also has an angled blade for
preferred angle of attack; easy on/off
fin strap with thumb loop; and easy
adjust quick-release buckles. The AERIS
XP Velocity fin comes in four different

What is
it? A beach bag with a feminine touch.
The 15-by-19-by-5-inch tote comes with a
new design, large storage capacity, and

The
HitchSafe(tm)
What is it? A miniature
safe that slides into a 2-inch hitch
receiver on trucks, SUVs and vans. Two
bolt retaining bars inside the
HitchSafe(tm) secure the safe inside the
receiver hitch. Users can access the
contents of their safe by lifting off
the rubber dust cover (made to look like
any normal hitch cover) and entering in
a personal four-digit dial combination,
which then releases the drawer. The
HitchSafe comes with 10,000 possible
combinations, and is made of metal with
a rust-resistant coating and
chrome-plated brass dials.

MARA From Master Underwater Technologies
Inc.
What is
it? A miniature ascent rate alarm (MARA)
that divers attach to their dive mask
strap. It lasts for five years or 1,000
dives, the manufacturer says, and is
heard only by the diver wearing it. MARA
also reminds the diver to make a safety
stop 15 feet (5 m) from the surface.
Benefits to your diving: Ascending at
the right pace is an important part of
safe diving. The MARA warns you when you
are rising too quickly. It's compact,
fits any dive mask, and is close to your
ear, ensuring that if you make the
mistake of ascending too fast, the MARA
will send you an audible warning to slow

Aqua Lung's Pearl i3 BC for Women
What is it? A buoyancy compensator (BC)
for women. The i3 technology has a
single-touch control for fast and easy
inflation and deflation. The BC combines
a jacket with a back inflation unit that
surrounds the backpack and flatters the
feminine physique; the front lobes are
sleek and low profile. The Pearl i3
comes in sizes XS-L and features three
colors: pink/silver, aqua/silver and
