26 Learning the 'Scuba Language': A Dictionary for New Divers
It's easy to remember the definitions for scuba terms we use or hear regularly: bottom time, psi, squeeze, lubber line, pony bottle, etc. But other less familiar words may come up in conversation with more experienced divers or appear in print. Most are thoroughly covered in scuba continuing education courses; however, newly certified divers may not know their meaning or perhaps may encounter them for the first time.
