The Myth and Mystery of Sea Monsters
As long as humans have gone to the ocean, and come back to tell about it, we’ve told tales of creatures too fantastic to be true. In most cases, that’s exactly right. Other times, though, mythical sea creatures have exceeded our wildest imaginations. The search goes on still, with scientists, “monster hunters” and armchair enthusiasts joining in, each hopeful that maybe, somewhere, there’s something left to discover.
