Belmont Springs , Utah

Belmont Springs is a commercial site at a warm-water springs in northern Utah . The toasty-warm pond is just south of the town of Plymouth ; north of Tremonton on Utah Highway 81.There is a swimming pool and golf course nearby. Reservations are required and there is an admission fee of $15. There's a small dock, an entry ladder, and two platforms for scuba instruction at around 20 feet (6 m) of depth.

Open: October through May, and in the off-season by appointment only.

Getting there: Head north on Interstate 15. Pass through Tremonton and keep right as the freeway splits, continuing on I-15. About 10 miles later, take the " Plymouth " exit. Turn right (east) and go a half-mile, then turn right on Utah Highway 81, which heads back south. In a couple of miles, watch for a large billboard on the right: "Belmont Springs Golf Course." Turn right and follow the road to the site.
